- Vehicle has a very high pitched car alarm that goes off CONSTANTLY in the rain. It can be heard blocks over and inside. Cant ID exact vehicle but sounds like it's coming from near Annapolis Street. Went off all night and day today, and is turning on and off repeatedly now.
