Description: I was going jogging at night, and it was very windy out and raining, and while I was tying my shoe, my keys and pepper spray bottle got stuck between the drain I was getting my keys but the pepper spray feel down the drain so I couldn't retrieve it I don't need it back but I'm sure the city should retrieve it I don't know I called 311 and they said it wasn't an emergency anywase thankyou. (Located on saint boltoth street were the alley meets up to the street drain near a sighn and fences).
