- Someone after the last heavy storm took a front loader and collected salty snow from the street and dumped it in my yard. I assume it was a contractor for the city. Is that the city of Boston's policy, that they can dump the snow from the streets into my yard beyond the sidewalk? (I have a side question about whether my neighbors are supposed to blow their snow from their driveway onto my bushes -- surely that cannot be what residents are supposed to do?)

Noted. PWD did not do any snow removal on residential streets nor send any snow removal machinery onto residential streets during either blizzard, had to be a private contractor hire by a property owner.
