- At 229 east 8th street a Latino couple living in apartment 2 which is directly across from this public street parking issue , has taken ownership of the parking spot/s 24/7. They are not allowing any residents of south Boston to park in these specific spots by Parking one car in position to Occupy 2 parking spots in the middle 7 fly from back and from curb obstructing the second parking spots 24/7 a week . I’ve called complained . They are causing arguements . This nuisance and bullying the parking is unacceptable . We work pay taxes . It’s 2 vehicles in same house apt 2 .
