- Regarding the response to this ticket: What you clearly don’t understand is they do not have an active occupancy permit - they are blocking spaces off that can be used for resident parking without the right permits and have been doing this for months. You have my info and can call me to discuss but their lack of regard for rules that the rest of Boston is forced to comply with should be insulting to the 311 team. If I did this as a private citizen I would be appropriately reprimanded and fined!
