As a resident of the street and a member of the Elm Hill Park Improvement Association, I would like to report an incident involving a resident of 36–38 Elm Hill Park. The individual placed a television on the sidewalk in front of 18 Elm Hill Park for approximately 30 minutes before returning to retrieve it. I am documenting this for awareness and any appropriate follow‑up.
