- I am concerned there may be domestic violence or severe anger issues in the unit below me, s206 at 407 d street in boston. The tenants make really violent noises and sometimes it causes vibrations on my floor (their ceiling). I’m afraid of them. I don’t feel comfortable reporting this directly again to my landlord due to ongoing discrimination and retaliation. However, I want to make this noted to the government.
