- Trash being picked up from El Parche restaurant 636-638 Bennington St , East Boston at 3:32 am Thursday morning. It is a large delivery style truck with a loud, motorized lift The driver double parks the vehicle, slams open the rolling gate, lowers the motorized lift and repeatedly drags the barrels into and out of the truck. This is a quality of life issue and disrupting the neighborhood. It is a residential area. This happens nearly every night and it is not what was agreed upon per their license being granted. I had call Boston Police was and was told to keep reporting it. There have been repeated reports - please forward to appropriate department ie ISD & licensing board.
