- Constant litter and debris. Property management “388 LLC” have this property at 10-12 Ellis Street and 4-6 Ellis street. They are neglecting the properties and adding to rodent problems. They don’t clean the property, sidewalks and curbs weekly and it is disgusting after trash pickup. The maintenance crew puts the barrels back and leaves the trash and debris on the ground. This is an ongoing issue across the city with their properties.
