Description
Young black Woman drinking heavily, very intoxicated, swigging vodka straight out of a giant handle in the drivers seat, MA plate 6NCJ78 silver Honda sedan. We called 911, and a BPD officer pulled up for 2 seconds, asked them if they were doing okay, checked nothing and left. I wish I had gone outside and started something so he couldn’t leave, as this woman is driving around drunk, likely to kill someone.
