- I am reporting an ongoing issue with improper trash storage at a neighboring property. The trash bins are consistently left open and overflowing, as shown in the attached photo. This is creating an environment that attracts rodents and is contributing to a noticeable increase in mice activity in the area. This has become a repeated issue, not a one-time occurrence. Open and unsecured trash is a known contributor to rodent infestations, and this situation is impacting nearby properties.
