- Love the Daily, but the developers tore up a concrete sidewalk which included a handicap ramp and even a tree and just paved it over with temp asphalt and walked away. It’s been nearly 6 years and this corner is not accessible for people with disabilities. DPW permit office said they can’t get their sidewalk deposit back until they restore the sidewalk. Any update? How can they leave the public way like this?
