- Hello-on month of 4 four of the abandon foam hanging out. Ticket 5. A previous ticket said it would be handled. They picked up and entire 4seater couch with cushions today that was 2 feet away from the foam, but left the foam. Please explain. Thanks IN PUBLOC ALLEY NOT MAIN ST.
