- Please send someone to investigate what is going on at 21-23 Wyman Street 02130 in Jamaica Plain and to see whether the owner is operating an illegal rooming house or short term rental. Over the past many months, there have been a number of concerning incidents directly outside of the home, including used needles, individuals passed out, shopping carts on the sidewalk, and an individual standing naked on the roof screaming unintelligible things and requiring 911 to be called. In the past the owner, Dar Sandler, operated an illegal Airbnb from this address which ended in his "innkeeper" committing suicide using firearms he was keeping in the home while several guests of the airbnb were on site.
