- Vehicles frequently stopped/loading in front of 11 Creighton St/363C Centre St, just stopped in the middle of the road blocking two-way traffic. There is a posted “no parking” sign. If there are already cars parked there, residents will double park to load. There should be “no stopping/ no loading” signage. And they should create an area for their residents to park for loading.
