- Construction at 11pm on 3/23/2026. Eversource is outside using the machine to create holes through the concrete. Instead of using a jackhammer. Which would be more efficient and not as long as a process. The excessive banging from the digger machine is totally unacceptable & frankly rude. People have kids that go to school and parents/othera have work. There are other alternatives for this issue. This would not be happening in a suburban area especially at this time of night
