- Trash overflowing and attracting rats. Also blocking entrance to building. FINDING THE ADDRESS: Address is 86 Charles Street, but the trash bins are located in the BACK of the building on Mt Vernon Sq in Public Alley 301, in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mt Vernon Sq. You will see the trash cans and a black door with "86" on it. NOTE: New owners took over in November. This building is now owned by CEI Realty, LLC at 101 Federal St, Unit 1900, 02110.it is managed by Suffolk Property Management. __ ISSUE: landlord has been formally sanctioned by City of Boston and was told to remove trash cans away from.the building, which they have not.
