- The photo is of Charlemont St in Dorchester. The fact that the salt wasn’t spread correctly it’s more ridiculous that the city salted the roads in the first place. I was out at 0530 hours and the sidewalks were all completely dried as was the road this was a complete waste of taxpayers money. Perhaps the Department Head who ordered the salting should be fired.
