- Loud after-hours non-emergency construction work. This work appears to last thru the night. They are hoisting a large piece of machinery (HVAC UNIT?) to the roof of this 7 story apartment building. There is diesel exhaust that has permeated the entire building violating the idling time limit law. The work is extremely loud and so are the men doing the work. This is supposed to be done during daylight hours. This is Eva White Apartments, and Elderly and Disabled Apartment Community in the South End. UPDATE: called ISD at 8:42PM
