- Constituent is an officer with BPD and reports that a pedestrian tripped over an area where bricks were missing on the sidewalk, next to a BTD traffic signal pannel. I spoke with BTD who stated that the issue is with the sidewalk and not the signal itself so the case should be sent to PWD.
