- Hi 311, I’ve attached a photo of a parking spot in the North End. The spot is at the intersection of Lewis St. and Commercial St. where the intersection forms a “T” shape. At the very top and center of the “T” there is a spot that is in between the cross walks. You can see in the attached image, a black car is parked there. I often see cars parked there but not always as I believe the signs on both sides of the cross walks around the spot lead to confusion as to whether or not it is a legal spot. Can you please confirm for me if a resident car is allowed to park in this spot? Thanks, Chris Santini
