Description: Yesterday, March 25 El Pache restaurant trash was picked up between 5:15 AM and 5:30 AM. On the agreement with the licensing board the trash is supposed to be picked up no earlier than 6 AM no later than 7 AM.. Last week on Wednesday the trash was picked up at 2:30 AM and when the gentleman was done with the trash, he relieved himself right on the street. Disgusting!
