- Today at approximately 4:50 PM, while I was turning from D Street onto Summer Street, my car shut off while I was slowing down to stop, and the engine warning light came on. Due to this mechanical issue, the vehicle went out of control, and the brakes were not functioning properly. In order to avoid a more serious accident, I struck a taxi stand sign. There were no injuries, and the incident was unintentional. I am reporting this matter for documentation and any necessary follow-up.
