- Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [No] Rats outside of property: [No] What is the nature of the problem: [Submitted via email regarding 28 N Charlame Ct: We have a severe problem with Rats at Charlame Park Homes I. We have been working with our exterminator for several years to address the problem, but residents continue to see multiple rats in their back yards. We have 92 units, adjacent to the mall where there is a Popeye's chicken and McDonalds, that seem to be adding to the problem. Would you please let me know if there is something the City can do to help eliminate this problem?]
