- The chain link fence on VFW Parkway (between 1545 and 1522) has been cut open. Pedestrians are crossing one side of VFW Parkway to get to the other side. I saw one person cross this morning around 6:15a in the dark and two more around 10:45a. These two almost got hit by a car.
