Description: Trash overflowing and attracting rats. Also blocking entrance to building. FINDING THE ADDRESS: Address is 86 Charles Street, but the trash bins are located in the BACK of the building on Mt Vernon Sq in Public Alley 301, in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mt Vernon Sq. You will see the trash cans and a black door with "86" on it. NOTE: New owners took over in November. This building is now owned by CEIRE LLC at 101 Federal St, Unit 1900, 02110. Owners are Christopher Christian and Kristen Christian. it is managed by Suffolk Property Management. Owner is John Michaels. __ ISSUE: landlord has been formally sanctioned by City of Boston and was told to remove trash cans away from the building, which they have not.
