- Hello I live in 30 st marks I am writing to report an ongoing issue at the property located directly behind my home. There is a significant amount of trash and debris accumulating in the backyard of that property. This buildup has attracted rodents and other pests, which are now affecting my property and creating health and safety concerns. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the yard.
