- The entire left lane (travel lane) on Beverly Street is filled with several unoccupied parked vehicles (some with all windows tinted - illegal in MA) including a mini bus. Because of the parking, traffic is at a stand still. If driver's of emergency vehicles needed to use Beverly Street to go to an emergency they wouldn't be able to get through because of vehicles parked in the left lane. Driver's of vehicles in the other travel lane would not be able to move. What's the purpose of NO STOPPING ANY TIME/TOW ZONE signs for that lane if it's not going to be enforced?
