- Mattresses, Refrigerator, Shrubs, Trees, Trash debris, overflow trash bins from past neighbors that moved out months ago Rat burrows all over the yard coming into my yard. Mounds of dirt on my side Awful stench cant open windows. Located at 372 Quincy Street Dorchester. Owner doesn't live on premises looks like the owner doesn't care about the health and children living near by. I have reported this issue multiple times but you no avail. They get ticketed pay the fine still the TRASH DOESN'T GO ANYWHERE.
