Description: Constiuent reports that every time she needs ems they take her heelchair from her.Constituent reports she can not walk.Constituent reports she needs a wheelchair,but ems is telling her that having a wheelchair is a fire hazard.Constituent reports once she gets to bmc they also refuse to provide her with a wheelchair.Constituent reports this is the 4th time she has been told she can not be provided with a wheelchair and that ems has to take her wheel chair due to fire hazards.Constituent would like someone to follow up with her because she can not walk and needs a wheelchair. | Case (SR) Type: [EMS: Emergency Respose] Referred To: [EMS (EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES)]
