- PREVIOUS REF# 101006593709 The ticket was close. Please read the ticket entirely and with little knowledge quickly realize the ticket specifically says 'back of my property' which means, inside this church's property perimeter the trash is flowing/wind carrying it from their property into the BACKYARD of my property. The pictures that were taken to close the ticket means nothing because the litter is not out front, is inside in the back and the wind blows it right into my property. Please read The ticket.
