- Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [No] Rats outside of property: [Yes] What is the nature of the problem: [(Rear of prop[erty along River Street Place) I have tried to contact the management company Suffolk Property mgmt which is a new mgmt since the property changed hands (I think) in Nov 2025. The Mt Vernon Co. and Eighty Six Charles LLC is listed as the owners on the tax data base but I’m not sure if that’s updated from Nov 2025. It is still in this condition despite multiple citations. There are now rats visiting nightly. I would like the property reported to Boston Inspectional Services. Please advise and thanks alot! Here are pictures Best Regards,]
