Description: It's totally disgusting that the city of Boston will not even pick up its own bike debris. It caused the problem and just because this bike debris is on private property the city refuses to pick it up. You don't even have to step on private property to get it. All you have to do is bend down and you can grab it. Will the city pick it up? Probably not because they're lazy.
