- These 3 vehicles have been been parked here way past their 15 minutes. We have made consistent phone calls to 311 since 3PM reporting illegal parking. BTD arrives around 6pm, and tells us "you'll be fine" and drives off. In what way is this acceptable? Your enforcement is awful and irresponsible. How are you making the city beautiful for everyone when you won't respond properly to citizen calls.
