- I believe this vehicle is abandoned/used for storage on the street. Several home owners have complained about this vehicle. Now it is parked at another residence on the street, BLOCKING THE ACTUAL HOMEOWNER FROM PARKING. This vehicle usually sits for weeks at a time, and on the rare occasions when it moves, AN ILLEGAL SPACE SAVER IS USED. Given the number of tickets issued to PROPERTY owners on the street for space savers, how do homeowners respond to a person that doesn’t even live at the address but putting space savers out? Our parking is already limited due to a house on the street that rents rooms to individuals; there are at least 5 to 6 additional cars on our street daily because of this rooming house; I would think that parking would need to be available at that house for the tenants; we already have a number of oversubscribed multi-tenant homes on Washington and the complex at blue ledge. If you run/rent a multi-room/lev
