Pothole

Description: Public works is currently at the top of Oxford St. That intersects Essex St filling in potholes which is very much needed! However, the problem is,they didn't block off the street ahead of time. So cars are driving down the street and getting stuck behind the public works truck while they are trying to fill in the pot holes. There are also parked cars on the street. I don't understand why they didn't block off the street ahead of time to do this? What good is it going to do if a car drives over the freshly filled pot hole and drives over hot tar? Also, the side walks on the street are in need of desperate repair as well and are collapsing into the street.The public works employees are also fighting with people who are getting out of their cars and trying to get by! It's a disaster!
