- Subject: Repeated Obstruction of Street by Truck – Request for Enforcement I am writing to report a recurring issue on my street where a large truck repeatedly blocks access during the morning hours, preventing residents from leaving for work. This has happened multiple times, most recently on Wednesday, April 1st, today at approximately 6:45am. The truck was parked/stopped in a way that completely obstructed the roadway, making it impossible for vehicles to pass.
