- Who do I contact to complain about this school's management of the morning drop-off between 07:00 and 07:30?!?!? DAILY a full Lane of through traffic is blocked. DAILY busses drive up on brand new sidewalks and sit for extended periods. DAILY there are no police details to direct traffic through the one remaining through lane. DAILY only one or two staff appear to off load the busses. DAILY hardworking residents and MBTA busses are delayed in the chaos. For months now. Videos available upon request.
