- This landlord has families moving in and out almost monthly, Today they tenants literally just threw everything and anything in street, it’s first time I’ve seen Rats in mid afternoon. This needs to be remove immediately it stinks, it’s a safety issue ( Health ). Something needs to be done about landlord also he’s running a rooming house at 7 and renting to anyone obviously without lease ..PLEASE HELP&”
