Description: Loud humming and vibration through apartment from Hood Park. Was suppose to have stopped and hasn’t. Please get this to stop!!! I am literally losing my mind. IIf I could move I would but I cant . examples of “a few” times its disturbed sleep IThe following gives you ideas of when it comes on …March 30, 6:30 AM and 11:45 PM, 3/31 6:00 am, April 1 5:30 AM, April 2 8::45 p.m. going for two more hours, and right now April 3 at fucking 1:30 in the morning. INot to mention during the day as well. I received the notice stating by end of this week management was addressing it but the fucking assholes haven’t done one thing!! I am begging you to please MAKE this stop immediately!! Dealing with cancer and this on top of it makes me just want to die anyway
