Description
Repeated illegal parking at this location on a daily basis at court street/state street intersection with congress street in Boston. Vehicles routinely stop/park in the travel lane and near the intersection, blocking traffic flow and forcing unsafe merging. This is a chronic issue, not a one-time incident. It consistently creates hazards for cyclists, pedestrians, and drivers.
