- LOUD MUSIC EVERY SINGLE DAY. Group of retirees gather on the public sidewalk, smoke cigarettes, drink in public, and blare music through professional grade sound system. It shakes windows and interferes with basic conversation indoors. BPD doesn’t seem to take issue with the fact that the music interferes with daily life in the neighborhood. Yes, I understand they have bigger problems to worry about.
