- Approaching 5 years on these temporary trench repairs. This is an important sidewalk to get to red line. Nearly broke my ankle. What’s the hold up on finishing the work? If this is the property owner’s responsibility, please detail what efforts you’ve made to make them get it done. A lien? Holding securing deposit on excavation permits? Not sure why a private party’s actions get to cause so much strife for the traveling public and disabled on a public sidewalk.
