- Constantly there are cars blasting music so loudly it shakes the windows and can hear 3 stories up with all the windows closed. Speeding uber bikes up and down the street on wrong side of roads at times (saw a bike get blasted by a work van 2 weeks ago at this same location). School kids hanging out at the bike racks harassing people for money (4pm-9pm) last time two of the kids got into a fight. 214 Harvard ave
