- Pest and habitability issue at Unit 106, 320 D Street, West Square, 02127, South Boston. Tenancy began December 7, 2025. Shortly after move-in, we experienced an infestation issue which was reported to the property manager, Blueground, on January 6, 2026. Pest control attended on January 12, 2026 and identified carpet beetles and carried out treatment. The issue caused disruption to our use of the apartment during this period. In addition, there were multiple unannounced pest control visits arranged without notice, which caused further disruption. The matter has not been properly resolved by the property manager despite repeated follow-up. Although the issue was sorted out from January 13th onwards, we have started to get more bites in the last 3-4 days. Requesting inspection and review of pest conditions and habitability.
