Description: I have reported this issue so many times via the police department, BHA etc and nothing is ever done about it. A man named Jordan Hart has taken over an addicts BHA apartment at 7 Capen St #1 Dorchester MA 02124. Not only has he taken over Kimberly Moses apartment but he also sells cocaine/crack out of the apartment. From that aspect he may be an informant because he never gets in trouble for that or driving with a revoked license and crashing multiple cars for driving under the influence while not having a license. Jordan aka “Hood” aka “Seven” takes women to Kimberly’s apartment and rapes them. I know this because I was once a victim of his. He has a record why is he able to use a someone who has a housing vouchers apartment ad if it’s his own. So many people waiting for housing and this man gets to take over someone’s apartment and do all the crimes.
