- Is there enough bike parking infrastructure for people to participate in biking to work? Do old office buildings downtown have secure bike parking rooms for employees? Are you giving out any sort of incentive to people to bike to work? Maybe gift cards to local bike shops if you bike to work? Or free tune up? Or city funding for more bike infrastructure?!
