- The pictured man regularly hangs out next to the Eliot Upper School, on North Bennet Street in the North End (near the intersection with Salem Street). Often during the weekdays, mid to late morning. He plays smooth jazz VERY loudly on a portable speaker. Residents of the neighborhood often ask him to be quiet and leave since he is being disruptive and creepy. Seems concerning no one is keeping a closer eye on strange men loitering outside of a school.
