Description: 31 park drive unit 19 I do not have working hot water. Health inspector came and confirmed the water is at 98 degrees. I have called inspections services 4 times asking when the landlord will be served with the report and have not gotten a reply. The inspection was done on friday. I do not have working hot water and can not take a normal shower. I originally filed a complaint late january and didn’t hear anything until late march. I have been without functioning water for months. I do not know why the landlord has not been served. I was assured a supervisor would call me and did not get a call. The landlord has 14 days to fix the issue which is already too long as I cannot have a normal shower but that time is further delayed by not sending the landlord the report. I contacted the landlord and they made clear they will not be doing any repairs unless forced by a legal order.
