- This car at 50 Houghton street has no manners parking on the sidewalk, I cannot even walk to my house I have to cross the street and I’m handicapped and have to cross two times to get home on my side of the street. With illegal tints and worn out springs sometimes I think they are in the car laughing at me rolling by in my wheelchair! A sidewalk is for pedestrians to walk on not for classless people to park on!
